IS NOT ARRIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In very rare cases, it is possible that your order is lost in transit. Do not worry and do not panic. The products are insured and therefore will be replaced. Fortunately, these problems are very rare and therefore it is unlikely that the package is lost. But if that happens, we will do everything we can to assist you and of course to replace you the goods as quickly as possible.
