GENERAL INFORMATIONS

These General Conditions of Sale are for the purchase of STUDIO ARREDI SRL products made remotely via computer network at www.teknikwood.it site based in Narzole (CN), Viale Rimembranza, 30. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions following LD. 185/99, LD. 206/05; the information for the conclusion of the contract will be submitted art. 12 of Legislative Decree. 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be submitted to the rules following LD. 196/03.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SALE

The contracts of sale of the products on www.teknikwood.it site, are considered concluded at the time of the receipt of the purchase order placed by the customer to STUDIO ARREDI SRL and the latter accepts it. STUDIO ARREDI SRL will send promptly to the customer received a purchase order placed by the customer. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

DEFINITION OF THE ORDER

By placing an order online, the customer transmits to STUDIO ARREDI SRL a proposal to purchase the product and / or products in the shopping cart. STUDIO ARREDI SRL will inform the Customer 's acceptance and confirmation.
In particular STUDIO ARREDI SRL will not accept orders:

EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE

In case of failure to pay all or part of the purchase price of the property reserves the right to declare within the meaning and effect of art. 1456 of the Civil Code resolved this contract by sending a written communication to the customer electronically.

REFERENCE

For anything not expressly specified in this agreement there will be applied current Italian laws.
